My First ESP32 PCB

This was my first custom PCB design, created as part of my Marvel-inspired robotics platform. I designed a compact ESP32-based controller in ECA (similar to Altium Designer, but a free software) to integrate power distribution, servo control, sensor interfaces, and peripheral connections into a single board. Throughout the project, I learned PCB schematic capture, component selection, footprint management, signal routing, decoupling capacitor placement, connector layout, and design rule checking. Designing my first PCB challenged me to think beyond circuit functionality by considering manufacturability, wiring, assembly, and hardware reliability. It marked an important milestone in expanding my skills from mechanical design into electronics and embedded hardware development.
