What if Thanos used engineering instead of Infinity Stones?
This project is my attempt to build a human-inspired robotic hand capable of smooth, dexterous finger movements. As part of my Marvel-themed robotics platform, Thanos combines mechanical design, embedded systems, and 3D printing to bring a lightweight, tendon-driven hand to life.
To get the best of both worlds, I use SLA resin printing for high-precision joints and cosmetic parts, and FDM filament printing for structural components and rapid prototyping. Along the way, I've learned that sometimes 0.1 mm matters more than a superhero—iterating on tolerances, clearances, and print orientation to improve assembly while reducing support material and post-processing.
The next mission? Give Thanos a brain with an ESP32, power it with servos, and teach it to grasp, point, and maybe even snap its fingers... responsibly.
